A native of South Carolina, Kathy Harris grew up in Columbia and graduated with a BS from Winthrop University. After college Kathy began a career in voice and data communications with Fortune 500 companies such as ITT, AT&T, and Avaya. She held international responsibilities as Black & Decker's Global Telecommunications Manager and regional and national responsibility with Mercy Health System and ARCO Chemical Company. With these opportunities, Kathy moved from the South to Miami, Philadelphia, Washington DC and ultimately Baltimore. From there she had a unique chance to move anywhere in the U.S. and handpicked Greenville as the city of choice with its exciting growth and culture.
Kathy began her career in real estate over 20 years ago, and her past experiences are invaluable in understanding the issues of moving to a new city. Her unique ability to match clients with the home of their needs enabled her to consistently be the top producer as a Buyer's Agent. She joined Coldwell Banker Caine to become both a Listing and Buyer's Agent where she continues to maintain award status.
